Meat Attraction, the International Trade Show for the Meat Industry, which will be held from 17 to 19 September, has confirmed the participation of around 100 large buyers from priority countries in the B2Meat workshops. With the collaboration of ICEX’s commercial offices around the world, the 18 countries with the best behaviour in imports of Spanish meat products have been defined.
The Meat Attraction Buyers Meetings, meetings between exhibitors and this selection of large buyers, will take place in hall 10, the same hall as the fair, and will be held over 3 days with monographic b2bs by product category.
Buyers from European countries—Germany, Italy, Holland, Poland, UK, Portugal and France—have shown interest mainly in pork, beef products, lamb, Ibérico pork, ham, other cured meats and organic products. On the other hand, those from Asia—China, South Korea, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Japan—focus on pork, Ibérico pork, beef, organic products, lamb, ham, and other cured meats. In the Americas—Brazil, Mexico and Canada—they opt for beef, Ibérico pork, pork, lamb, organic products, ham and other cured meats; while in the Middle East—Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates—they are mainly interested in beef, lamb and goat.
In this way, Meat Attraction 2019 provides exhibitors a working tool which will help to make their investment in the fair profitable.
