The first round of space allocation has been held for exhibitors who have already confirmed their participation in this third editionJust two months after the registration period began for companies in the meat sector to participate in Meat Attraction , and with a very intense working agenda involving presentations and supporting the meat sector in all industry gatherings, Meat Attraction , the International Trade Show for the Meat Industry, to be held in Hall 10 of IFEMA from 17 to 19 of next September, has already exceeded by 30% the amount of floor space occupied at the last edition. This was announced by Raúl Calleja, Director of Meat Attraction and the IFEMA Agri-Food Area after the first space allocation, which took place yesterday on 9 April.

The clear commercial orientation towards the domestic market, the orientation of the project to exports, Innovation Hub, la Semana de la Carne (Meat Week), Factoría Chef (Chef Factory), IbericoLand, B2Meat by product categories, the international guest programme, Día del Carnicero (Butcher's Day)... these are just some of the innovative proposals to attract all the major retail procurement managers, supermarkets, importers, meat traders, HORECA, etc. to come together and build the definitive international commercial platform for the entire meat industry value chain.

In this first allocation, stands have been allocated to a large number of companies, organisations and grouped halls that have already formally confirmed their participation. Among them are meat and processed products companies such as ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN, FAMADESA, ALJOMAR HAMS, FACCSA-PROLONGO, GRUPO TELLO, GRUPO JORGE, NUTRAVE, SELECTOS DE CASTILLA, LA COMARCA, DOMPAL AND MONTESANO ; auxiliary industry companies and suppliers such as MERCK, SOLUCIONES Y PROYECTOS , SAMARKETING AQUALIFE, SCANIO SYSTEMS, FOSS, TAESA, GIMENEZ, DINOX and JARVIS; associations and interprofessional organisations such as ANICE, ANAFRIC, AGEMCEX, ASICI, INTERPORC, PROVACUNO, INTEROVIC, CARNIMAD and INTERCUN; and institutional and grouped participations such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, EXTREMADURA AVANTE, ICE of Castilla y León and the Government of Castilla-La Mancha, MERCASA and MERCAMADRID, among many others.

As from now, all companies that decide to take advantage of the sales and business opportunity presented by the top meat sector fair in Spain can secure their presence in Meat Attraction 2019, by reserving their space in Hall 10 of IFEMA Feria de Madrid. To do this, they must submit the " Online Participation Application ", ( meatattraction.ifema.es ).

Organised by IFEMA and ANICE (National Association of Meat Industries of Spain), Meat Attraction 2019, is expected to attract 400 exhibitors and 20,000 professionals from 50 countries, and has numerous tools put in place by the fair to offer business opportunities and value to exhibitors, such as the expanded programme of sectorised B2Meat meetings with international buyers, selected by ICEX in 15 priority countries for Spanish exports, or the buyers programme, which allows exhibitors to directly invite contacts and potential customers, with their travel and accommodation costs covered by MEAT ATTRACTION. Plus, the fair will feature specialised Ibérico Land areas, the area for Iberian pork product companies, and the Eco-Organic Market for producers of organic meat and processed products.

This edition will have China as a guest importer, and will include different events and actions of great interest, such as the X Congreso Mundial del Jamón (10th World Ham Congress), the second edition of #Distrimeat, the European Meat Distribution Congress, the Meat&Organic Congress or 'Meatic’, the Conference on Automation and Digitalisation in Industry, the Innovation Hub, the directory of new developments and star products of all the fair’s exhibitors, and the Accelera Awards for Innovation.
